Materials:

  • Medium (worsted weight) yarn in black, gray, and white

  • Tapestry needle
  • Scissors

Step by step Pattern

  1. Make the body:

    • Start by crocheting a magic ring in black yarn.

    • Stuff the head with fiberfill.
    • Sew the opening closed using the tapestry needle and black yarn.
  3. Make the wings:

    • Chain 30 in black yarn.
    • Turn and crochet 29 sc across the chain.
    • Chain 2 and turn.
    • Crochet 28 sc across the chain.
    • Continue crocheting in rows, decreasing by 1 sc at each end of each row until you have 5 sc remaining.
    • Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing.
