  7. Round 16: Increase 6 times evenly around (24 sc).
  8. Rounds 17-21: Sc in each stitch around. (24 sc)
  9. Round 22: Sc in each stitch around, except for the last 6 stitches. Stuff the head firmly. Sc in the remaining 6 stitches. (18 sc)
  10. Rounds 23-27: Sc in each stitch around. (18 sc)
  11. Round 28: Decrease 6 times evenly around (12 sc).
  12. Rounds 29-33: Sc in each stitch around. (12 sc)
  13. Round 34: Decrease 6 times evenly around (6 sc).
  14. Stuff the head firmly, fasten off, and weave in the ends.

Ears (make 2):
