Body:

  1. Start with the magic ring. Make 6 sc in the magic ring, and join with a slip stitch (sl st).

  3. Round 3: Sc in one sc, 2 sc in the next sc, repeat around, join with a sl st (18 sc).
  4. Round 4: Sc in two sc, 2 sc in the next sc, repeat around, join with a sl st (24 sc).
  5. Round 5: Sc in three sc, 2 sc in the next sc, repeat around, join with a sl st (30 sc).
  6. Round 6: Sc in four sc, 2 sc in the next sc, repeat around, join with a sl st (36 sc).
  7. Round 7-10: Sc in each sc around, join with a sl st (36 sc each round).
  8. Round 11: Sc in four sc, dec repeat around, join with a sl st (30 sc).
  9. Round 12: Sc in three sc, dec repeat around, join with a sl st (24 sc).
  10. Round 13: Sc in two sc, dec repeat around, join with a sl st (18 sc).
  11. Stuff the head firmly.
  12. Round 14: Sc in one sc, dec repeat around, join with a sl st (12 sc).
  13. Round 15: Dec repeat around, join with a sl st (6 sc).
  14. Stuff the head more and close the opening.

Face:

  1. Switch to grey yarn and crochet 6 sc in a magic ring.

  4. Row 3: Sc in the first 7 stitches, inc, sc in each sc to the end, turn (20 sc).
  5. Row 4: Ch 2, sc in each sc to the end, turn (20 sc).
  6. Row 5-9: Repeat rows 3 and 4 (20 sc each round).
  7. Row 10: Sc in the first 9 stitches, dec, sc in each sc to the end, turn (19 sc).
  8. Row 11: Ch 2, sc in each sc to the end, turn (19 sc).
  9. Row 12-16: Repeat rows 10 and 11 (19 sc each round).
  10. Row 17: Sc in the first 8 stitches, dec, sc in each sc to the end, turn (18 sc).
